Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently receive, store, and distribute inventory using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic cycle counts
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace standards
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and space utilization
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with changing priorities
