Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and accurately process incoming shipments and inventory
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
