Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and organize inbound inventory with precision
- Pick, pack, and ship orders according to quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, forklifts) safely
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Optimize workflow to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months+ warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Indiana driver's license required
- Pass background check and drug screening
