Responsibilities
- Safely move, sort, and package products using powered equipment and manual handling
- Operate machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks following OSHA standards
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using handheld scanners
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain organized storage zones
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and ergonomic practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Reliable transportation to Nogales Hwy facility
- Flexibility to work overnight/weekend shifts during peak seasons
- Pass background check and drug screening
- No experience necessary - full training provided
