Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and sort customer orders with speed and precision
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy
- Support loading/unloading of trucks in a timely manner
- Utilize handheld scanners for real-time order tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent standing/walking
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
