Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all OSHA and Amazon safety guidelines for equipment and personal protection
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak seasons
- Inspect products for quality and report damage or irregularities
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
