Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and verify incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with 99.5% accuracy standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) following OSHA protocols
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO inventory rotation
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Adhere to all safety policies and maintain clean workspaces
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
