Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and conveyor systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate in a team-based environment to meet daily productivity goals
- Utilize handheld scanners for order processing and tracking
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours with lifting up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Valid government-issued photo ID and proof of eligibility to work
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
