Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation
- Operate powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse workflow through lean methodology implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a 5S compliant workspace
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with WMS/RF system experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license required for equipment operation
