Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts in compliance with company standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse conditions following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with vendors
- Train on new processes and equipment to maintain operational excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse technology
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
