Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Inspect incoming shipments for quality control and documentation
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with RF scanners and inventory software
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic math and communication abilities
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays as needed
