Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock in climate-controlled facility
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean and safe work area per OSHA standards
- Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) for real-time tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
- Prefer 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
