Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking incoming shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Commitment to workplace safety standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
