Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper training
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to meet safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory management processes
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with occasional lifting up to 49 lbs
- Basic computer literacy (typing and navigation skills)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
