Responsibilities
- Safely receive, scan, and sort inventory using RF scanners
- Operate powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Meet productivity goals while maintaining quality control metrics
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflows
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (refrigerated areas possible)
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Must pass background check and pre-employment physical
