Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners and conveyor systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) safely and efficiently after proper training
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and quality control checks
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards in a warehouse setting
- Assist in receiving and stocking operations for new inventory arrivals
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid government-issued photo ID and ability to pass background check
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus but not required
