Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate in team-based workflows for optimal efficiency
- Process returns and damaged goods per company policy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Stamina to stand/walk 8-10 hour shifts
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Reliable transportation to Riverwood Dr facility
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
