Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy for retail distribution
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory data in WMS
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely order fulfillment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Proficient with handheld scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
