Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments and organize inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Pick and pack orders with precision while maintaining quality standards
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, conveyors) with proper training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational goals
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
