Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and maintain stock accuracy in WMS system
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Load/unload freight trucks and organize pallets in designated zones
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized workspace following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient with warehouse technology (RF scanners, WMS)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
