Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for daily shipment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely and effectively
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and conduct cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Train new associates on warehouse systems and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
