Responsibilities
- Manage inventory operations using WMS systems with 99.8% accuracy
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated sorting equipment
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient dock-to-stock processes
- Implement lean principles to optimize warehouse workflows
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Support inventory cycle counts and audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification or forklift license a plus
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
