Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory efficiently
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with precision
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse zones following safety protocols
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn WMS quickly
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
