Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and process incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Maintain organized storage systems and optimize warehouse layout
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Conduct daily cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (paid training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California Driver's License (required for equipment operation)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
