Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Assist in warehouse layout optimization and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
