Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through systematic scanning and documentation
- Pick and pack orders with precision to ensure timely fulfillment
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and adhere to OSHA standards
- Organize storage areas for optimal space utilization and accessibility
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- OSHA certification a plus but not mandatory
