Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Accurately process incoming/outgoing inventory with barcode scanners
- Maintain organized storage zones following FIFO protocols
- Perform quality control inspections on products
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (OSHA-certified training provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Utilize WMS software for inventory tracking
- Uphold 5S safety standards in all operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy (WMS experience a plus)
- OSHA Forklift Certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
