Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders with precision and speed
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and ergonomic guidelines
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Process inbound shipments and organize stock efficiently
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in workflow processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Valid state ID and ability to pass background check
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification a plus (training provided)
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
- Must be authorized to work in the US
