Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and stage incoming shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Execute accurate order picking and packing for outbound deliveries
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect and report damaged goods or safety hazards immediately
- Support warehouse cleanliness and 5S compliance protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability
