Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining accuracy documentation
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
- Load and unload freight shipments using proper techniques and equipment
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions through proper stacking and sanitation practices
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification provided)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
