Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory counts and conduct cycle counts as scheduled
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and responsibly
- Adhere to all safety protocols including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Support facility maintenance and cleanliness initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
