Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy
- Maintain inventory counts and cycle counts daily
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
- Organize and clean warehouse areas to maintain operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license (forklift certification provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
