Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload goods from trucks and delivery vehicles using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and speed to ensure 100% accuracy rates.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in compliance with all safety protocols.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Keep the warehouse organized and adhere to all safety regulations to prevent accidents.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs, reports, and inventory sheets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends if needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and orders.
- Forklift Experience: Previous experience operating heavy machinery is a plus but we will train the right candidate.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
