Responsibilities
- Manage inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts and cycle counting
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with zero-defect accuracy
- Maintain OSHA-compliant warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
