Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Organize and maintain inventory in a clean, efficient warehouse layout
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment (training provided)
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as scheduled
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No prior warehouse experience requiredâtraining provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Strong teamwork ethic and willingness to learn
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Forklift certification a plus but not mandatory
