Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas to ensure safety compliance
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to support stock accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexible schedule including potential weekend shifts
