Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle, move, and store materials using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Perform inventory control tasks including cycle counts and reconciliation
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment goals
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for accurate record-keeping
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Support loading/unloading operations while adhering to safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience preferred
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification (or willingness to train)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
