Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments with attention to detail
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using RF scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and proficiently
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and 5S workplace organization standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and optimizing warehouse flow
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong time management skills with ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
