Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain organized stock areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Assist in inventory audits and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
