Your Role:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your work will directly impact our operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments in a timely and efficient manner
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas
- Pick and pack orders for shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) with proper training
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license is a plus
