Responsibilities
- Manage inventory through systematic receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and digital records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S organization standards
- Conduct regular quality checks on outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our Philadelphia facility
