Responsibilities
- Accurately process, pack, and ship incoming/outgoing inventory using RF scanners
- Maintain organized stock rotation and warehouse cleanliness per OSHA standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform quality control checks on products before shipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Document inventory movements in WMS systems with precision
- Participate in physical inventory counts monthly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn WMS systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
