Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load/unload trucks with pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and data entry
- Organize and rotate stock in climate-controlled warehouse environments
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and electric carts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Team player with positive, can-do attitude
