Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for timely delivery
- Maintain organized storage areas with proper FIFO rotation
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with certification
- Conduct quality checks on products before shipment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
