Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Manage inventory via scanning systems with 99.8% accuracy
- Pick and pack orders for same-day shipping
- Maintain organized storage zones and safety compliance
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and perform daily inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
