Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic scanning and documentation
- Pack and prepare outbound orders for timely delivery to clients
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends when needed
