Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Inspect and verify incoming inventory for quality and quantity discrepancies
- Maintain organized storage areas following FIFO and OSHA safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Generate daily reports on inventory levels and operational metrics
- Participate in quarterly cycle counts and annual inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Proficient in using RF scanners and warehouse management software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid New York State driver's license (for equipment operation)
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
