Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy for same-day fulfillment
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in compliance with OSHA standards
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain real-time stock visibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Maintain 5S compliance for a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Support cycle counts and quarterly physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle WMS)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR for occasional deliveries
