Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and process incoming shipments with barcode scanners
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for timely delivery
- Maintain organized inventory counts and stock rotation using FIFO methods
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with WMS systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
