Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing inventory
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and storage areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Document inventory movements and discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Reliable transportation to our South Boston location
